Storage on the Go (ODD/HDD)

Samsung Semiconductor’s Maverick Choi wears many hats. In addition to being manager and head of Optical Media Storage (OMS), he manages all regional account sales and product marketing for OMS.

Maverick started at Samsung in 1998 and has since graduated with an MBA from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea and has not looked back since. After roles as assistant manager at Samsung Electronics and manager at Toshiba Samsung Storage Technology Korea, he eventually worked his way up to operations manager of OMS Europe in 2008, becoming Samsung Semiconductor’s OMS head and manager in 2010 in San Jose, California.

Outside of work, Maverick enjoys playing golf and watching movies. He is excited about the blog and looks forward to sharing his thoughts with colleagues, partners, and customers.
